What you can expect:

A professional workshop focused on menopause wellbeing.  Dependant on location, this will involve breathwork, seated meditation, and strength based movement as well as an interactive nutritional talk on menopause, symptom management, self help, medication options and how to seek further help.

The session can be recorded for employees to retain, as well as streamed live to allow remote employees to take part.

Includes digital handouts for the participants.

Alison:

Alison is a qualified Nutritional Therapist specialising in Gut Health and Menopause Wellness.  Working in the nutrition and wellness space for the last 7 years, Alison now focuses on gut related health and menopause as the 2 are intrinsically linked.

We live in a busy, time-limited, and sometimes, relentless world. Nutrition and its impact on our gut is often overlooked within our day-to-day lives.  Getting our gut “right” can make a huge difference to all areas of our health, including mental health, neurodiversity struggles, immunity, energy, sleep, weight, hormone imbalances, allergies intolerances, skin complaints as well tummy issues such as IBS, IBD, gastritis, diverticulitis to name but a few.

With so much conflicting advice freely available, it can be very difficult to know what to do for the best. This is why personalisation is the key. Every single one of us on the planet is different (including twins), we have different DNA, different history, different tastes, different lifestyles. So, it shouldn’t be surprising that our nutritional needs should be different too.

I’m Alison, and I’m a Nutritional Therapist specialising in Gut Health.  I help you listen you what your body is telling you and get the balance right in your tummy, which then impacts every other aspect of your health.  I usually work with women over 40, which has also led me to support the area of perimenopause too.  As women enter this important phase of their lives, if they have a balanced gut, they gain a head start on combating unwanted symptoms.

Jodi:

With over 26 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I specialize in helping individuals of all backgrounds reach their fitness goals, feel empowered, and embrace a healthier lifestyle. I hold qualifications in personal training, sports massage therapy, and advanced certifications in pre/postnatal training, sports & strength conditioning, Reformer Pilates, and Yogalates. 

 

For the last three years, I’ve adopted a more holistic approach, focusing on the integration of mind, body, and spirit to create sustainable, long-term health improvements. I’m passionate about guiding my clients through personalized programs that not only enhance physical performance but also foster mental well-being. 

 

With a bubbly and positive personality, I thrive on motivating and uplifting others, ensuring that every session leaves my clients feeling better, stronger, and more confident. Whether it’s through hands-on massage therapy, dynamic fitness routines, or mindful movement, my goal is to inspire you to live your best, healthiest life.
