Over 21 days, we “reset” your diet to accomodate the correct foods that YOUR body needs. We talk about habits and how to break them, meal planning, what we should be aiming for on our plates, as well as taking measurements, individual asseements to track your success. Each day there will be a task that will lead you to a better understanding of what your body needs and how that helps lose excess weight.
The term “diet” means what you eat, not a temporary restriction on what you’d normally consume. My ideal is that we educate ourselves and keep our diet as healthy as possible to avoid negative health issues as well as maintain a health weight.
