A 12-week exercise & nutrition programme developed and written in conjunction with Jodi Rogers (Personal Trainer) and myself.

Each week, you will recieve an email detailing exercises (with you tube videos) for the week as well as dietary advice including recipes. This programme is aimed to those that want to tone up and trim down in time for the summer holidays. It runs for 12 weeks from 23rd May 2022 and requires an up front payment of £149.95, that equates to £12.49 a week. We will be available for questions and support during the programme (limited to working hours only and wihtin reason). There is also the option to “upgrade” to in person training (limited by location) and a more personalised diet/nutrition plan.
