Public Health England has launched a campaign to encourage people to make a healthy start to 2021. This aims to support adults with losing weight, getting more active, improving their mental health, or quitting smoking. A specific strand to this campaign will be focused on obesity from the 8th January, and you will be able to find free tools to help on the Internet by searching for “Better Health”.

Given that we are currently facing one of the biggest threats to our health, we cannot under-estimate how important it is to be the healthiest we have ever been. Our Immune system needs to be at its strongest to protect us from the variants of bugs that are circulating today.
